Rod Mileage allowance

Admissibility of various kinds of Travelling Allowances in the case of System Administrators, Marketing Executives, PRI(P)s etc

FILE NO. 17-01/ 2011-PAP
GOVERNMENT OF INDIA
MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS ANT IT
DEPARTMENT OF POSTS
(ESTABLISHMENT DIVISION)
DAK BHAVAN, SANSAD MARG, NEW DELHI – 110116
THE: 23rd JUNE, 2011.

To
All Heads of Circles
All Heads of Circle Postal Accounts Offices
All Heads of Postal Staff College of India & PTCs
Sub: Admissibility of various kinds of Travelling Allowances in the case of System Administrators, Marketing Executives, PRI(P)s etc.-reg: -
Sir/ Madam,
This is regarding (i) application of Road Mileage Allowance to Systems Administrators, (ii) grant of fixed Conveyance Allowance to Marketing Executives; and (iii) bring the PRI(P)s under TA Rules for the journeys beyond 16 KMs.
2.0 It is reiterated that the Supplementary Rules and the Government Orders thereunder, pertaining to the grant of fixed conveyance allowance, payment of Road mileage and payment of Travelling Allowance to various categories of staff, “including System Administrators, Marketing Executives and PRI(P)s, working in this Department”, for their travels within and beyond 16 KMs, are not only clear and distinct but also their implementation is well within the powers of the Heads of Departments (Heads of Circles in case of Postal Circles).

2.1 It is therefore, requested that the possibilities of payment of Road Mileage Allowance to System Administrators, payment of fixed conveyance allowance to the Marketting Executives may be examined under appropriate rules (ie. SRs 22 to 25, 45 or 46 as the case may be) and Government orders thereunder and decided at Circle level itself. Normal TA/ DA for the journeys beyond 16 KMs from their normal place/ headquarters of duty, may be granted to the PRI(P)s, System Administrators and Marketting Executives, as per the existing provisions available under the Fundamental Rules & Supplementary Rules(Part-II : TA Rules) and Government’s orders thereunder.

2.2 In case the Marketting Executives and System Administrators are also required to travel extensively within 16 KMs, as in the case of PRI(P)s, their cases may also be examined by maintanance of log books for three months with reference to the “GIO(1) below SR-25 prescribing the slabs of distances and corresponding monthly rates of conveyance allowance” and decided swiftly in order to allow the justified allowances to the employees concerned without delay.

3.0 The issue of payment of “fixed conveyance allowance” to the postal assistants assigned the duties of going to Clearing Houses, etc., in connection with clearence of cheques, has also been raised. It is clarified that no such fixed conveyance allowance, like PRI(P)s could be considered for such Postal Assistants as their job cannot be equated with the former. It is therefore, made clear that such officials may be reimbursed actual expenses incurred by them for such visits accoring to their entitlements or prescribed per Kilo Meter rate of road mileage may be granted in case of their journeys carried out through their own scooters/ motorcycles as the case may be, with reference to the applicable rules and instructions.
THIS ISSUES WITH THE APPROVAL OF MEMBER (P), POSTAL SERVICES BOARD.

Post offices to offer core banking solution by next year:

In a major exercise to boost its profitability, the Department of Posts (DoP) plans to introduce core banking solution besides setting up India Post ATMs and debit cards for its customers.
"We have set target of bringing in core banking solution by 2012. It will ensure smooth online transactions. We are giving some e-payment services, but they are fragmented," a top offical from Department of Post said.
He added that the work for setting up 1,000 India Post ATMs was in advanced stage and DoP had already held parleys with vendors on this front. "We will also issue debit cards to our existing savings account-holders," the source added.
The DoP is tying up with banks so that customers can use their India Post debit card at any ATM machine pan-India. With a network reach of over 1.44 lakh post offices, DoP hopes to transform itself into a post bank.
"Yes, this is very much possible. We are offering three-fourth of a bank's services and have the widest reach. The infrastructure is almost ready. In fact, we have given this proposal to the Ministry of Finance and are waiting for its comments," he added.
The lack of modern banking facilities in rural areas and dependence of villagers on informal sector for their credit requirements prompted government to establish a post bank. "The aim of establishing a post bank is to provide banking services to the rural poor who still do not have modern banking facilities and still have to depend on informal sector for their credit requirements," he said.
The Planning Commission had allocated Rs 5 crore during the 11th Plan period towards this purpose under the head of 'studies and miscellaneous expenditure relating to setting up of Post Bank of India'. The DoP with its huge network already provides various financial services, including a post office savings bank, postal life insurance, pension payments and money transfer services.

Evidence "increasingly against" Mobile phone cancer risk

LONDON | Sat Jul 2, 2011,Despite a recent move to classify mobile phones as possibly carcinogenic, the scientific evidence increasingly points away from a link between their use and brain tumors, according to a new study on Saturday.
A major review of previously published research by a committee of experts from Britain, the United States and Sweden concluded there was no convincing evidence of any cancer connection.
It also found a lack of established biological mechanisms by which radio signals from mobile phones might trigger tumours.
"Although there remains some uncertainty, the trend in the accumulating evidence is increasingly against the hypothesis that mobile phone use can cause brain tumours in adults," the experts wrote in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives.
The latest paper comes just two months after the World Health Organisation's (WHO) International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) decided cellphone use should be classified as "possibly carcinogenic to humans".
Anthony Swerdlow of Britain's Institute of Cancer Research, who led the new review, told Reuters the two positions were not necessarily contradictory, since the IARC needed to put mobile phones into a pre-defined risk category.
"We are trying to say in plain English what we believe the relationship is. They (IARC) were trying to classify the risk according to a pre-set classification system," Swerdlow said.
Other things deemed by the IARC to be possibly carcinogenic include items as diverse as lead, pickled vegetables and coffee.
Mobile phone use has risen hugely since the early 1980s, with nearly 5 billion handsets in use today, and controversy about their potential link to the main types of brain tumour, glioma and meningioma, has never been far away.
The largest study to date, published last year, looked at almost 13,000 mobile phone users over 10 years.
Swerdlow and colleagues analysed its results in detail but concluded it gave no clear answer and had several methodological problems, since it was based on interviews and asked subjects to recall phone use going back several years.
Significantly, other studies from several countries have shown no indication of increases in brain tumours up to 20 years after the introduction of mobile phones and 10 years after their use became widespread, they added.
Proving an absence of association is always far harder in science than finding one, and Swerdlow said it should become much clearer over the next few years whether or not there was any plausible link.
"This is a really difficult issue to research," said David Spiegelhalter, Winton Professor of the Public Understanding of Risk at the University of Cambridge, who was not involved in the study.
"But even given the limitations of the evidence, this report is clear that any risk appears to be so small that it is very hard to detect -- even in the masses of people now using mobile phones."
Swerdlow is chairman of the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection's Standing Committee on Epidemiology. The commission is the international body, recognised by the WHO, that constructs guidelines for exposure limits for non-ionizing radiation.
Since mobile phones have become such a key part of daily life -- used by many for websurfing as well as talking -- industry experts say a health threat is unlikely to stop people using them.

A Basic Guide to the Internet

The Internet is a computer network made up of thousands of networks worldwide. No one knows exactly how many computers are connected to the Internet. It is certain, however, that these number in the millions.

No one is in charge of the Internet. There are organizations which develop technical aspects of this network and set standards for creating applications on it, but no governing body is in control. The Internet backbone, through which Internet traffic flows, is owned by private companies.

All computers on the Internet communicate with one another using the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol suite, abbreviated to TCP/IP. Computers on the Internet use a client/server architecture. This means that the remote server machine provides files and services to the user's local client machine. Software can be installed on a client computer to take advantage of the latest access technology.

An Internet user has access to a wide variety of services: electronic mail, file transfer, vast information resources, interest group membership, interactive collaboration, multimedia displays, real-time broadcasting, shopping opportunities, breaking news, and much more.

The Internet consists primarily of a variety of access protocols. Many of these protocols feature programs that allow users to search for and retrieve material made available by the protocol.

COMPONENTS OF THE INTERNET

WORLD WIDE WEB

The World Wide Web (abbreviated as the Web or WWW) is a system of Internet servers that supports hypertext to access several Internet protocols on a single interface. Almost every protocol type available on the Internet is accessible on the Web. This includes e-mail, FTP, Telnet, and Usenet News. In addition to these, the World Wide Web has its own protocol: HyperText Transfer Protocol, or HTTP. These protocols will be explained later in this document.

The World Wide Web provides a single interface for accessing all these protocols. This creates a convenient and user-friendly environment. It is no longer necessary to be conversant in these protocols within separate, command-level environments. The Web gathers together these protocols into a single system. Because of this feature, and because of the Web's ability to work with multimedia and advanced programming languages, the Web is the fastest-growing component of the Internet.

The operation of the Web relies primarily on hypertext as its means of information retrieval. HyperText is a document containing words that connect to other documents. These words are called links and are selectable by the user. A single hypertext document can contain links to many documents. In the context of the Web, words or graphics may serve as links to other documents, images, video, and sound. Links may or may not follow a logical path, as each connection is programmed by the creator of the source document. Overall, the Web contains a complex virtual web of connections among a vast number of documents, graphics, videos, and sounds.

Producing hypertext for the Web is accomplished by creating documents with a language called HyperText Markup Language, or HTML. With HTML, tags are placed within the text to accomplish document formatting, visual features such as font size, italics and bold, and the creation of hypertext links. Graphics and multimedia may also be incorporated into an HTML document. HTML is an evolving language, with new tags being added as each upgrade of the language is developed and released. The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), led by Web founder Tim Berners-Lee, coordinates the efforts of standardizing HTML. The W3C now calls the language XHTML and considers it to be an application of the XML language standard.

The World Wide Web consists of files, called pages or home pages, containing links to documents and resources throughout the Internet.

The Web provides a vast array of experiences including multimedia presentations, real-time collaboration, interactive pages, radio and television broadcasts, and the automatic "push" of information to a client computer. Programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Cold Fusion and XML are extending the capabilities of the Web. A growing amount of information on the Web is served dynamically from content stored in databases. The Web is therefore not a fixed entity, but one that is in a constant state of development and flux.

For more complete information about the World Wide Web, see Understanding The World Wide Web.

E-MAIL

Electronic mail, or e-mail, allows computer users locally and worldwide to exchange messages. Each user of e-mail has a mailbox address to which messages are sent. Messages sent through e-mail can arrive within a matter of seconds.

A powerful aspect of e-mail is the option to send electronic files to a person's e-mail address. Non-ASCII files, known as binary files, may be attached to e-mail messages. These files are referred to as MIME attachments.MIME stands for Multimedia Internet Mail Extension, and was developed to help e-mail software handle a variety of file types. For example, a document created in Microsoft Word can be attached to an e-mail message and retrieved by the recipient with the appropriate e-mail program. Many e-mail programs, including Eudora, Netscape Messenger, and Microsoft Outlook, offer the ability to read files written in HTML, which is itself a MIME type.

TELNET

Telnet is a program that allows you to log into computers on the Internet and use online databases, library catalogs, chat services, and more. There are no graphics in Telnet sessions, just text. To Telnet to a computer, you must know its address. This can consist of words (locis.loc.gov) or numbers (140.147.254.3). Some services require you to connect to a specific port on the remote computer. In this case, type the port number after the Internet address. Example: telnet nri.reston.va.us 185.

Telnet is available on the World Wide Web. Probably the most common Web-based resources available through Telnet have been library catalogs, though most catalogs have since migrated to the Web. A link to a Telnet resource may look like any other link, but it will launch a Telnet session to make the connection. A Telnet program must be installed on your local computer and configured to your Web browser in order to work.

With the increasing popularity of the Web, Telnet has become less frequently used as a means of access to information on the Internet.

FTP

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. This is both a program and the method used to transfer files between computers. Anonymous FTP is an option that allows users to transfer files from thousands of host computers on the Internet to their personal computer account. FTP sites contain books, articles, software, games, images, sounds, multimedia, course work, data sets, and more.

If your computer is directly connected to the Internet via an Ethernet cable, you can use one of several PC software programs, such as WS_FTP for Windows, to conduct a file transfer.

FTP transfers can be performed on the World Wide Web without the need for special software. In this case, the Web browser will suffice. Whenever you download software from a Web site to your local machine, you are using FTP. You can also retrieve FTP files via search engines such as FtpFind, located at /http://www.ftpfind.com/. This option is easiest because you do not need to know FTP program commands.

E-MAIL DISCUSSION GROUPS

One of the benefits of the Internet is the opportunity it offers to people worldwide to communicate via e-mail. The Internet is home to a large community of individuals who carry out active discussions organized around topic-oriented forums distributed by e-mail. These are administered by software programs. Probably the most common program is the listserv.

A great variety of topics are covered by listservs, many of them academic in nature. When you subscribe to a listserv, messages from other subscribers are automatically sent to your electronic mailbox. You subscribe to a listserv by sending an e-mail message to a computer program called a listserver. Listservers are located on computer networks throughout the world. This program handles subscription information and distributes messages to and from subscribers. You must have a e-mail account to participate in a listserv discussion group. Visit Tile.net at /http://tile.net/ to see an example of a site that offers a searchablecollection of e-mail discussion groups.

Majordomo and Listproc are two other programs that administer e-mail discussion groups. The commands for subscribing to and managing your list memberships are similar to those of listserv.

USENET NEWS

Usenet News is a global electronic bulletin board system in which millions of computer users exchange information on a vast range of topics. The major difference between Usenet News and e-mail discussion groups is the fact that Usenet messages are stored on central computers, and users must connect to these computers to read or download the messages posted to these groups. This is distinct from e-mail distribution, in which messages arrive in the electronic mailboxes of each list member.

Usenet itself is a set of machines that exchanges messages, or articles, from Usenet discussion forums, called newsgroups. Usenet administrators control their own sites, and decide which (if any) newsgroups to sponsor and which remote newsgroups to allow into the system.

There are thousands of Usenet newsgroups in existence. While many are academic in nature, numerous newsgroups are organized around recreational topics. Much serious computer-related work takes place in Usenet discussions. A small number of e-mail discussion groups also exist as Usenet newsgroups.

The Usenet newsfeed can be read by a variety of newsreader software programs. For example, the Netscape suite comes with a newsreader program called Messenger. Newsreaders are also available as standalone products.

FAQ, RFC, FYI

FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions. These are periodic postings to Usenet newsgroups that contain a wealth of information related to the topic of the newsgroup. Many FAQs are quite extensive. FAQs are available by subscribing to individual Usenet newsgroups. A Web-based collection of FAQ resources has been collected by The Internet FAQ Consortium and is available at /http://www.faqs.org/.

RFC stands for Request for Comments. These are documents created by and distributed to the Internet community to help define the nuts and bolts of the Internet. They contain both technical specifications and general information.

FYI stands for For Your Information. These notes are a subset of RFCs and contain information of interest to new Internet users.

Links to indexes of all three of these information resources are available on the University Libraries Web site at /http://library.albany.edu/reference/faqs.html.

CHAT & INSTANT MESSENGING

Chat programs allow users on the Internet to communicate with each other by typing in real time. They are sometimes included as a feature of a Web site, where users can log into the "chat room" to exchange comments and information about the topics addressed on the site. Chat may take other, more wide-ranging forms. For example, America Online is well known for sponsoring a number of topical chat rooms.

Internet Relay Chat (IRC) is a service through which participants can communicate to each other on hundreds of channels. These channels are usually based on specific topics. While many topics are frivolous, substantive conversations are also taking place. To access IRC, you must use an IRC software program.

A variation of chat is the phenomenon of instant messenging. With instant messenging, a user on the Web can contact another user currently logged in and type a conversation. Most famous is America Online's Instant Messenger. ICQ, MSN and Yahoo are other commonly-used chat programs.

Other types of real-time communication are addressed in the tutorial Understanding the World Wide Web.

MUD/MUSH/MOO/MUCK/DUM/MUSE

MUD stands for Multi User Dimension. MUDs, and their variations listed above, are multi-user virtual reality games based on simulated worlds. Traditionally text based, graphical MUDs now exist. There are MUDs of all kinds on the Internet, and many can be joined free of charge. For more information, read one of the FAQs devoted to MUDs available at the FAQ site at

cadre of system administrator

Dear friends,
I am very well aware of the frustration and anxiety among the System Administrators because I am also sailing on the same boat. I did nothing in the past except organising our cadres to fight for one cause. Of course I agree the battle was postponed due to some unforeseen circumstances and certain developments on the issues.
However the development is not complete. The retrograde proposals given by a Multinational Company Messrs.McKENZIE has created a huge hue and cry among the employees. Mail Optimisation, Technology Induction has been the Buzz word for the officers in the Directorate. In this context do not ignore this as an usual email sent by SENTHIL KUMAR to make the System Administrators to participate in the strike. I cannot make you to participate in the strike. It will be your perseverance, commitment and knowledge about the practical reality that will make you to participate in the strike.
The recent developments in Technology is very alarming and department is taking measures which are against the interest of the System Administrators. The induction of Core Banking will roll out in a few months. In order to implement Core Banking the entire country is divided into three regions. The Technology and database maintenance for Northern part of India is going to be given to IDBI. In the same way the Central part of India is going to be given to HSBC and finally the Southern part of India is going to be given to ICICI. This means that the database maintenance is going to be completely outsourced.
I do not know that how of many of you are going to scold me and our Union leaders because nothing has happened as far as the demand of System Administrators are concerned. In recent post of Union blog for the past one year if you observe you will not find any details of our leaders meeting the DG or any Member of any other officers in the Directorate. Yes the fact is that the Department is not at all willing to meet the Union leaders and is functioning like a unilateral organisation without consulting the Staff-side. It is unfortunate the leaders of either of the Unions are not given any appointment to meet the officers.
One basic understanding which is lacking among our System Administrators is that in a Globalised economy Technology Induction will always be oriented towards displacement of Man-power. Do you agree with this or not? In such scenario we System Administrators are also not exception. Department has the agenda of displacing the crucial role played by the System Administrators in by using us against us. Please understand the tactics played by the department.
In many regions especially Kerala and Maharashtra the PMGs have already started to churn out the next generation slaves. Yes. The newly identified System Administrators from the newly recruited PAs. Yes, this is nothing but continue this exploitation for the next few years. Are we not responsible to put a FULL STOP for this exploitation.
Now is high time that the very existence of Department itself is under question. This struggle is basically to establish our right. Please understand your responsibility.
I know there is an element of doubt prevailing in minds whether the strike will be called off on July 4th itself. For this the answer is

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Because the report from various circles are very positive and the mood of employees are also oriented towards conducting a major struggle. So it my appeal to come forward.

THOSE WHO REALISE THAT OUR DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE SAVED JOIN HANDS IN THIS STRUGGLE. JOINING THIS STRIKE ITSELF IS NOT SUFFICIENT PLEASE EDUCATE OUR EMPLOYEES AND ENCOURAGE OUR FELLOW EMPLOYEES ALSO TO JOIN THE STRIKE.

          VERY IMPORTANT:
IF THE DEMANDS OF THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR IS NOT MET EVEN AFTER THIS STRIKE IT IS MY PERSONAL OPINION THAT WE NEED NOT CONTINUE AS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS. WE MAY GIVE AN ENMASS DECLARATION TO THE DEPARTMENT THAT WE ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK AS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS. HERE AFTER THERE IS NO POINT IN WAITING. PLEASE REMEMBER ON FACT. I AM REVEALING AN OPEN FACT THAT THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS WHO ARE WORKING IN RURAL DIVISIONS ESPECIALLY EVEN THOUGH THEY WORK HARD IN CORNER OF THEIR MINDS THEY CONTINUE TO WORK AS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS IN ORDER TO AVOID TENURE TRANSFERS. THEY PREFER TO REMAIN IN A SINGLE STATION WITHOUT ANY TRANSFERS AND BEAR THE HARDSHIPS IN WORKING AS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS. IF OUR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS ARE HAVING THIS PRIORITY THEN THE ENMASS DECLINING FROM SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS ALSO WILL NOT WORK. PLEASE TRY UNDERSTAND THAT ALSO AND  BE BRAVE ENOUGH TO COME OUT OF THIS WEAKNESS.

Buying Guide: Data Cards

India got the taste of wireless broadband when CDMA players rolled out evdo based data services.
Tata Photon+ and Reliance Netconnect+ was either of the choice for people who are always on the move. Later BSNL and MTS also joined the EVDO bandwagon. EVDO is mostly offered via USB modem.
Though EVDO services are getting cheaper these services have few glitches for end users, like:
1. The modem comes operator-locked and there is no easy solution to unlock – that means when you buy it it’s your lifetime investment. If you like to change operator, buy another device.
2. EVDO connections don’t allow recharge of 1X plans.
With the roll out of 3G/HSPA services from PSU and private GSM operators, there is a sudden increase of demand for 3G modems. Using unlocked 3G/HSPA modem means you have complete freedom to choose any GSM operator as these modems are backwardly compatible, i.e. supports 2G network (GPRS/EDGE) also.

3G modems mostly come with these specs:
Downlink: HSDPA -3.6Mbps; HSPA – 7.2 Mbps.
10Mbps, 14.4Mbps, 21.6Mbps
Uplink: 384kbps, 5.76 Mbps
Plug & Play over USB 2.0 High speed
Doubled as pen drive with support of 2/4/8/16/32 GB microSD.
Advantages of unlocked 3G Modems:
  • You can use 2G operators also
  • GPRS/EDGE network is present in almost everywhere in the country – never out of internet.
  • You can change operator by changing the SIM
  • Easy transition from 2G to 3G and vice versa.
Some operators already launched 3G data cards:

** Note: the prices of 3G data cards are falling down. So expect changes in the price.
Till now only STel did not launch 3G data cards. STel who has 3G licences in 3 circles did not roll out 3G commercial services in any of the circles.
Indian 3G Data cards:
Micromax has a good portfolio of 3G data cards – 300G, 310G, 350G, 351G, 352G. Each one has different form factors. Micromax 300G and 310G was earlier sold with Airtel and BSNL.
Beetel, a part of Bharti group also has 3G data card product line. Some of Beetel modems are rebranded ZTE MF170, MF180, MF190, MF631. Beetel also has some own branded modems.
Recently Lava Mobiles entered the data card market with 720G (7.2Mbps HSUPA modem), which was shared on Telecomtalk. I guess soon other desi companies like Maxx, Lemon, Karbonn may come up with such products. Another desi company VisionTek launched 82GH (3.6Mbps/384kbps) modem some times back.
Olive Telecom already showed off World’s first Multi-mode, Multi-band modem. This modem is to support 14.4Mbps HSPA category 8 and 14.7Mbps EVDO Rev B network.
Interestingly there are many other internationally accepted brands which make 3G data cards, like Nokia, Maxon, Novatel Merlin, Option Globetrotter, Alcatel, Sierra Wireless and Sony Ericsson. But officially they are not available in Indian market.
My personal favorite brand is Huawei, as its generic dashboard comes with many functions but Huawei itself does not sell 3G devices in India. Either you buy one from Reliance (E173) or get one from online reseller.
Online resellers generally offer 1 yr warranty with the product, but before you buy it check all details. They also give replacement of the faulty products if returned within 7 days of purchase. And beware of fraudulent online sellers.
There are two types of unlocked modems – either unlocked by someone or factory unlocked. Currently online resellers import the modems from abroad and unlock and sell. In that way you can get Huawei, Nokia and other brands. Before you buy such modems from online resellers
Dashboard software
This is an important part of the 3G USB modem, if you like to use the modem just like a mobile phone. With the dashboard you can make and receive calls’ send; receive and save SMS; change settings, send USSD, contact, call records etc etc. When you upgrade your modem’s firmware it is expected you will get generic dashboard.
In general dashboard of ZTE modems do not support USSD, which is very essential for balance check. To check USSD from the modem, you have to close the dashboard and open MDMA.
Tata Docomo 3G data cards come with a stripped dashboard which does not support calling and SMS facility. Micromax modems do not offer calling facility with their dashboard.
Wireless Routers – If you like to connect multiple PC/laptop/tablet

Micromax 400R – unlocked 7.2Mbps HSUPA router. Price Rs. 5000
Tata Docomo 3G WiFi Hub – dual mode HSPA ((7.2/5.7 Mbps)) & EVDO (3.1/1.8 Mbps) – MRP Rs.5999 [locked with Tata Docomo SIM & Tata Photon+ RUIM]
