The channel http is not registered with remoting services

To rectify the following errors:

• The channel http is not registered with remoting services
• RNet Error of http not registered
• http not register error emo, ePayment client

Go to the folder 

C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\

This can be reached by Double Clicking the Computer icon on the Desktop.
Then Double Click the drive "C"
Then Search for the folder Windows and open it by double clicking
Next search for the folder System32 and open it 
Next search for the drivers folder and open it then open the etc folder.

In the etc folder you will find a file by the name hosts Open it with notepad by double Clicking it
There will be a entry like as #      127.0.0.1 localhost

add following below #      127.0.0.1 localhost without '#'

218.248.43.143 regnnet.ptcmysore.gov.in
218.248.43.138 emomsg.ptcmysore.gov.in
203.129.241.110 emomsg.ptcmysore.gov.in
