Bug in Update 3 while taking return from postman after modifiying the Postman name

In Meghdoot Update 3 after modifying the Postman name in Supervisor. The postman name appears twice while taking returns (Old Postman Name+New Postman Name). Because of this bug day end cannot be done. Now CEPT MYsore has Provided two exl to solve this issue

MEGHDOOT UPDATE 3

Execute MMUpdter.Wait till the Clientsoftware folder is copied to C:\ drive and shared.Click OK.
In the next window,select the drive letter if needed and click OK.Then click Accept. Please execute the script files in the following sequence through Script Tool.
Copy WNXMasterData to Server.(These files not included in the updates folder available with this tool.)
This Tool works only in Windows XP.

Rnet communication error


Dear Friends,
            It is observe that usually Rnet communication stop work without any error due to creation of temp file in communication, hence I had attached one batch file to delete that particular temp file and runninc R net Communication regularly.
            Download  attached Rnet.ba file and rename as Rnet.bat and keep this file in start up where Rnet communication installed. also attached screen shot to keep batch file in startup.

Update 2.0 to Megh 7.0


A new update update 2.0 has been released by PTC mysore. this release is  Due to the revision of NPS tariff, required changes in Point of Sale and e-Payment modules have been done to incorporate the revised tariff and hence this release

Postman Day End Error


In Postman module, while doing day end, if the above errors are coming, then it is due to non connectivity to eMO database. Installing eMO and creation of eMO database will solve this problem.

Meghdoot 7.0 - Returned BO articles fetching problem in Despatch module

After upgradation of MM 7.0, we cannot fetch the articles returned by BOs in Despatch module(Fetch from Postman option)..

This is the solution received from PTC, Mysore for "Returned BO articles fetching problem in Depatch module"

Please follow below steps.
1. Download the attached files.
2. Take counter database backup.
3. Rename the existing Despatch.exe
4. Run the attached exl file using script tool.
5. Copy the Despatch.exe file to application folder

Accounts MIS in Meghdoot CD

If you install Accounts MIS (Readme.exe) from the Meghdoot 7 CD supplied from RO, then the above message will be shown. In AccountsMIS Client (DET) folder,the files are as below.
By running Readme.msi,the application can be installed.Rename the files as below. Run Setup.exe. Now the error will not come.

This CD contains the following:

Unzip the downloaded file.With this you can test Tools by srputtur.
To test the complete working, Copy Meghdoot7 CD content to your PC and rename the folder as “MM7” In the AccountsMIS Client (DET),rename the files as already suggested.
Place all the files of MM7aio in the root of MM7 folder. Then this must work correctly except Musthave tools. For Musthave tools ,please download Musthave files separately.
